Ebb
Ebb is an animated short film about the story of a spirit with depression disorder. He goes through suffocating episodes frequently, but still trying to act normal. It grows further and further until it fills him up and overflows to the outside. But when his friends find out about it, they all embrace him, and that's when he feels better.
Approximately 280 million people in the world have depression(1). 1 in 4 people will be affected by a mental illness at some point in their lives(2). Maybe one of our friends is suffering from some kind of mental disorder that we don't know of, because the world is unfair enough that it doesn't hold the stage where these people can let us know and still feel safe. This is why I am making this short video and hopefully it can bring more attention towards people with mental illness.
